An annual licence key per WordPress installation, sold in blocks: one site, five sites, or twenty-five on the agency tier. The plugin is WordPress only, with a separate product for Shopify.
A slot per site, on any platform, monthly. Six clients costs six slots rather than the ten-site block, and a client on Webflow is the same product and the same dashboard as a client on WordPress.

It is deeply WordPress-native and it is IAB TCF certified. If every site you touch is WordPress, you want everything to live in wp-admin, and you would rather pay once a year than monthly, Complianz is a strong fit and the agency tier is good value at twenty-five sites. It also generates legal documents, which we do not.
Agencies whose client list is not all one platform, and anyone who has bought a 25-site licence to cover six sites.
Yes. The WordPress plugin puts the scan, the tag review, the banner designer and the consent log in your admin, so there is no second dashboard to keep open. The difference is that the same account also covers your Webflow and Shopify clients.
Both, and the split matters for what happens if you stop paying. The plugin is a thin piece of open code that prints one script tag; the blocking, the scanning and the consent records are the service. Nothing in the plugin is locked or gated.
You can, but do not leave both banners live on the same page: two consent tools will each try to hold the same scripts and the visitor sees two prompts. Switch one site at a time.
