There is one subscription per workspace with a quantity equal to the number of sites, so there is no plan to outgrow and nothing to migrate between. One site is $10 a month, two to four are $9 each, five to fourteen are $8, and fifteen or more are $7. Adding a client mid-month is prorated automatically; removing one is too. Nothing is metered, so a client whose traffic doubles does not change your bill.
